When you look into his real life you find out why. He was a Genuine person and a REAL MAN. He was in real life what all boys dream of being someday. I remember you Mr.Flynn the way I think you would like to be remembered . here's to you sir , a man who LIVED ! 6 September 2011 Barbara Thomas | @ In 1956/7, all of my city (Liverpool, England) heard on the tv and all local radio stations that Errol Flynn was goig to appear (and cut the ribbon) of the new Woolworth Store grand opening on wavertree Road, Liverpool, England. How excited we all were, as we all loved Errol! I was almost the first child (6 or 7 years old))to be there and he never showed.I cried. Then the Woolworth manager came out and said there had been a mistake and that Emile Ford was doing the grand opening. Today,(Aug 14,2011), I just finished watching Errol play the part of a navy flight doctor, and oh, the dreams from past past erupted. I will always love Errol Flynn because he was the most handsome man on the face of God's earth.
