Fitting title for the amazing Eleanor Powell (sometimes called "the female Fred Astaire"). She's an aspiring dancer who falls for a sailor (James Stewart), but their budding romance is threatened by predatory Virginia Bruce. All an excuse for some great songs by the master, Cole Porter.
